Country Oaks is a 57 bed Medicare and MediCal certified skilled nursing facility featuring a large dining/activity room, outdoor patio, visiting lobby, and aviary. All of our rooms have two beds (with privacy screen), and are equipped with a bathroom, flat-screen television, DVD player, and phone.
